The human foot is a highly complicated construction for anatomists. Our shoe designers and technicians are well aware of this, which is why they can design and produce shoe fittings suitable for any individual type of foot. We produce shoes to the best technical level available, all through an intensive manufacturing process that is performed according to Grand Step's highest standard of quality, which is regularly inspected and controlled.

Customer Base — Our customers come from various regions around the world, ranging from importers, distributors, to high street fashion stores, discount/budget cataloguers and chain store operators. Some of the countries in which we currently trade to include Italy, U.K., Spain, France, Germany, U.S.A, Canada, South America, Africa and the Middle East.

Co-ordination — As our customers come from various countries and most of our activities are carried out in Mainland China, co-ordination is the key factor to our success. This is done through our Head Office in Hong Kong or directly via our China offices, which are situated in the heart of the most important footwear factory areas in the Mainland. This gives our customers the assurance that the progress of their orders can be monitored with us constantly at every step.

Customer Needs — Customer satisfaction is another important factor that we always strive to achieve. We have on-the-ground staff in the Mainland and Hong Kong who follow up on all customer orders and samples. Our quality control team in the Mainland check the quality of all goods we manufacturer at every stage until shipment has been made to the customer.
